Armenian Food Festival

In 2018, I led the end-to-end marketing campaign for the Armenian Food Festival, managing all aspects from concept development to execution. I established clear project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and the smooth execution of deliverables.

I collaborated with internal teams, including fulfillment and digital, to ensure cohesive messaging and efficient delivery of campaign materials. My role required engaging with external agencies to coordinate advertisements in outlets such as the Sacramento Bee and Inside Sac Magazine, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with campaign goals.

Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) on marketing strategy, I guided stakeholders in aligning the campaign’s visuals and messaging with the festival's cultural significance. This involved cross-functional collaboration and building relationships to facilitate problem-solving and ensure the campaign’s success.

I leveraged tools and data-driven insights to optimize the design and placement of promotional materials, resulting in an enhanced audience response. Through process evaluation and efficiency improvements, I ensured the campaign was delivered on time and within budget, demonstrating effectiveness in execution. The event’s success showcased my ability to manage competing priorities and deliver impactful results.
